The latest Amazon Prime Video offering from ONE Championship, ONE Fight Night 12 was set to see ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 return to action.
The dangerous Thai striker was set to take to compete not in kickboxing, however, but Muay Thai as he worked his way to two-sport gold. Paired up with Kiatmoo9 was Russia’s Tagir Khalilov.
Also in action on Friday, highly ranked featherweight MMA contenders Garry “The Lion Killer” Tonon, always dangerous on the mat, and Shamil “The Cobra” Gasanov were due to throw down in a three-round co-main event.
Joining the action on the MMA side was a heavyweight affair, as Amir Aliakbari faced off with Canada’s Dustin Joynson.
