UFC lightweight Jordan Leavitt has signed a new four-fight deal with the promotion, and has already booked his next fight.

Leavitt (11-2) will face Elves Brenner (14-3) at a UFC Fight Night event on July 1, 2023.

MMA Mania was first to report the match-up, which Leavitt confirmed on social media shortly after announcing his new contract.

Two little mice fell into a bucket of cream. The first mouse quickly gave up and drowned. The second mouse, wouldn’t quit. He struggled so hard that eventually he churned that cream into butter and crawled out. Gentlemen, as of this moment, I am that second mouse.”

Guess who just signed a new 4 fight deal with the UFC!? After 8 years of fighting I continue to defy the odds and crush my dreams.

Leavitt was last in action in February, where he earned a TKO victory against Victor Martinez. Prior to that, he was submitted in a high-profile match-up with Paddy Pimblett.

In his promotional debut, Brazil’s Brenner, fighting out of Chute Box under Dhiego Lima, picked up a split decision win over Zubaira Tukhugov.

The UFC’s July 1, 2023 Fight Night card is expected to take place at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The event will be headlined by a rather surprising middleweight pairing, as Sean Strickland takes on Abusupiyan Magomedov.
