The UFC’s upcoming Fight Night card on April 29 is down a fight, while another has seen a change of opponents.

That’s bad news for fight fans, with the card already having lost its original main event of Arman Tsarukyan vs. Renato Moicano, replaced by Song Yadong vs. Ricky Simon.

Per UFC officials, the Fight Night show has lost Ange Loosa, who had been expected to face Josh Quinlan. Stepping in to replace Quinlan is Trey Waters (7-1), who captured the LFA welterweight championship in his last fight.

Natan Levy vs. Pete Rodriguez has been dropped altogether, promotion officials wrote in a brief statement to the UFC’s official website.

“Additionally, due to illness, Pete Rodriguez has been removed from his lightweight bout with Natan Levy. As a result, this bout has been cancelled from this weekend’s card.”

Per a report by Alex Behunin, that fight has been re-booked for UFC Charlotte.

UFC Vegas 72 now moves forward with the following eleven fights scheduled for this Saturday, April 29, 2023 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada:
