Prediction: Both of these fighters have had very different paths in their MMA careers. Jinensibieki has fought as much as possible, whereas Pyo hasn’t been as active.
Saying that, Pyo has fought good competition including a loss to Arman Tsarukyan, who he did well against despite the loss. There isn’t a lot of footage on Jinensibieki, though I’ve been watching Pyo for years. I don’t think Pyo is UFC-level but is at a level to test the guys trying to get to that higher stage. Jinensibieki I don’t think is at that level either however. I think Pyo is the better grappler, which is where Jinensibieki will want to take this fight. Also, the longer this fight goes, the more I favor Pyo.
