UFC Vegas 55 is official, with all fighters making weight for the card Friday morning in Las Vegas.
The Apex-based affair is headlined by former bantamweight champ Holly Holm, who is the second straight ex-champ Katlen Vieira has run into. Coming off a win over Miesha Tate last fall, Vieira will be looking to make a statement on Saturday night — and with a win could very well land herself in the title picture.
Of course, Holm could as well, given she’d be on a three-fight win streak with a victory over Brazil’s Vieira. And Holm, being honest, is never far from another title shot in the UFC.
