Jonas Magard
Bantamweight | 29 | Copenhagen, Denmark | 14-5 | Win streak: 2 | 1 KO/TKOs, 7 Submissions
Magard is the current Oktagon bantamweight champion and the former FEN champion. He’s fought for Cage Warriors, ACB, and BAMMA as well. Magard is a grappling ace with seven submission wins overall and five via a rare Japanese Necktie. His wrestling has gotten much better over time too. Just a really talented guy. Magard is a proven guy that’s fought everywhere so an opportunity like this is warranted.
Daniel Argueta
Bantamweight | 28 | Albuquerque, New Mexico, US | 7-0 | Win streak: 10 | 2 KO/TKOs, 4 Submissions
Argueta fought last season on The Ultimate Fighter season 29. He would end up losing in his first fight in the house. To his credit that was to the eventual winner Ricky Turcios in an exciting fight. He took a few months off then came back to win two consecutive fights for LFA. He had a big fight last time out headlining LFA 123 with a career performance. After wrestling in high school, Argueta went on to wrestle Division II for Wisconsin-Parkside. Argueta’s constant forward pressure, his wrestling, and jiu-jitsu is just suffocating. I can almost guarantee we see him on Dana White’s Contender Series this season.
