UFC 266 is official.
All fighters successfully weighed in for the event in Las Vegas on Friday morning. Alexander Volkanovski and Valentina Shevchenko were first to the scales; it wasn’t long before challengers Brian Ortega and Lauren Murphy followed.
Perhaps the biggest question mark was surrounding lightweights Dan Hooker and Nasrat Haqparast. Both arrived in Las Vegas at the last minute, thanks to hiccups obtaining visas. Both had pleaded with officials on social media to cut red tape and expedite the process, but in the end, both men managed to make 155lbs.
