Once again touching down in the Polish capital of Warsaw, KSW returned to action Saturday, with Szymon Kolecki in the main event of KSW 62.
The Olympic gold medallist weight lifter was looking for his fourth straight win when he took on bodybuilder and social media star Akop Szostak.
In the co-main event, meanwhile, welterweights were in action when Poland’s Andrzej Grzebyk took on Marius Zaromskis of Lithuania. On a two-fight winning streak, Zaromskis, a Bellator MMA veteran, was looking to pick up a third consecutive victory in his first fight of 2021.
KSW 62 also featured kickboxer Tomasz Sarara making his mixed martial arts debut against Vladimir Toktasynov — a rematch of the pair’s 2012 kickboxing contest, which Toktasynov won. Former featherweight champ Artur Sowinski was in action as well, in a lightweight bout against Sebastian Rajewski.
Full results from Saturday’s KSW 62 card can be found below. The card airs live on Saturday, July 17 live from Warsaw, Poland, with a live stream available via KSWTV.com and the KSW app.
