UFC Vegas 24 saw just two total finishes on the card and as a result, also sees some pretty mild medical suspensions. The vast majority of the suspensions were precautionary ones with just a month or less. There were also three fighters who saw no form of medical suspension at all. The first of which was the nights opening prelim winner Tony Gravely. After starching Anthony Birchak, he was given a clear bill of health. The other finisher of the night, Gerald Meerschaert, who scored a submission of Bartosz Fabinski, also left unscathed. The final clean bill of health goes to Lupita Godinez, who despite losing to Jessica Penne, left no worse for the wear.

Other fighters on the rest of the card were not as lucky, including three who face 180-day suspensions. The first of which was Juan Espino, who lost a technical decision to Alexander Romanov, during which he appeared to sustain damage to his right elbow. Luis Pena, who won his bout with Alex Munoz, also faces a long layoff due to a left hand injury. Finally Chase Sherman is looking at six months off due to a number of possible injuries to his lower extremities. Each of these fighters can have their suspensions reduced with clearance from the proper medical professional.
