Bring on the welterweights.

The 170lb division has long been one of the deepest in the sport of MMA. While the UFC boasts plenty of fighters among its welterweight ranks, there’s always a need for fresh faces. Especially in a time where last-minute cancellations are the norm, not the exception, and fresh bodies are always of use.

So who might the UFC  add to the 170lb mix in 2021?

Here’s a look at last year’s list, featuring current UFC roster members Anthony Ivy, Aliaskhab Khizriev, Rhys McKee, Nassourdine Imavov, and Khamzat Chimaev signing with the UFC in 2019:

Anthony Ivy
Aliaskhab Khizriev
Christien Savoie
Edson Marques
Han Seul Kim
Khamzat Chimaev
Lowen Tynanes
Nassourdine Imavov
Roberto Soldic
Rhys McKee

Will we see another breakout star like Khamzat Chimaev in 2021?
