The UFC 257 card is starting to grow. Joining Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier at the event will be another lightweight fight, between prospects Nasrat Haqparast and Arman Tsarukyan.

MMA Junkie was first to report news of the fight on Thursday. Haqparast announced earlier in the day that he’d signed a bout agreement — confirming the date as well.

Haqparast (12-3) will enter the fight off a win over Alexander Munoz back in August. That saw the German, of Afghan descent, bounce back from a loss to Drew Dober back in January at UFC 246.

Overall, the TriStar fighter is 4-2 inside the octagon.

Tsarukyan (15-2) has put together a 2-1 record in the UFC thus far. In his last outing, the Georgian, fighting out of Russia, defeated Davi Ramos by unanimous decision.

UFC 257 will take place on January 23, 2021 at a location and venue yet to be announced. In addition to Haqparast vs. Tsarukyan and McGregor vs. Poirier 2, a handful of additional fights have been reported for the PPV event. Those include:

Jessica Eye vs. Joanne Calderwood
Brad Tavares vs. Antonio Carlos Júnior
Michelle Waterson vs. Amanda Ribas
Dustin Poirier vs. Conor McGregor
Andrew Sanchez vs. Andre Muniz
Nasrat Haqparast vs. Arman Tsarukyan
Ottman Azaitar vs. Matt Frevola
