UFC Vegas 10: Rodriguez vs. Herman Looks Like a Sleeper

When UFC Vegas 10 arrives Saturday night, it’s a rather different looking card than was originally planned. But what else is new in pandemic era MMA? Out is Glover Teixeira vs. Thiago Santos. Promoted to the new main event, Michelle Waterson vs. Angela Hill.

The card lost Tyson Nam vs. Matt Schnell on Friday. Matt Frevola fell off the card last minute, and was replaced by Kevin Croom. But there’s still a lot to like about this Fight Night event.

Mike Rodriguez vs. Ed Herman is a fight going down this Saturday that you ought to pay attention to. It’s the sleeper fight on this card that should definitely get more attention then it’s getting.

Ed Herman is riding a two fight win streak and no doubt a whole lot of confidence is going in this one. He might be extra motivated, as “Short Fuse” has already had a couple of fights fall through this year. Couple that with the fact that Rodriguez doesn’t just have a penchant for finishing fights early, but hurting his opponents during the process. It’ll ensure we either get a long drawn out banger, or a quick end to someone’s night. No matter what the outcome, it’s fixing to be a fun one.
