KSW 54 goes down Saturday in Warsaw, Poland. After a last minute change-up, the main event is set, as lightweight (and featherweight) champion Mateusz Gamrot takes on short-notice replacement Marian Ziolkowski, with the 155lb title on the line.

Gamrot (16-0, 1NC) had been expected to face fellow undefeated fighter Shamil “The Silent Assassin” Musaev. However, a knee injury to the challenger resulted in him dropping out of the fight, and being replaced by Ziolkowski, who has won his last two fights, both under the KSW banner.

Weigh-ins for the event took place Friday, with only one fighter coming in heavy – Lukasz Rajewski. He’s been fined 30% of his purse after missing weight for a lightweight bout against Bartlomiej Kopera.
