UFC Copenhagen has added a pair of strong fights with rising light heavyweight Khalil Rountree taking on Ion Cutelaba, and TUF winner Macy Chiasson battling Lina Lansberg.

Both Khalil Rountree vs. Ion Cutelaba and Macy Chiasson vs. Lina Lansberg were officially announced for UFC Copenhagen by the promotion today.

Khalil Rountree has reinvented himself since moving his training camps to Thailand after suffering a knockout loss to Johnny Walker in November. His last appearance came in April against Eryk Anders, and Rountree looked like an authentic Muay Thai fighter, knocking down Anders several times en route to a decision victory.

Ion Cutelaba has had his ups and downs but he’s always fun to watch. Of his 14 career victories, only one has reached the judges’ scorecards. The Moldovan fighter is 3-3 in the Octagon with a pair of first-round knockout wins in his last three appearances. He’ll be looking to bounce back from a back-and-forth loss to Glover Teixeira.

Macy Chiasson has been nothing short of dominant in her MMA career. After going 2-0 to start her career with a win in Invicta, Chiasson joined the cast of the 28th season of The Ultimate Fighter. A pair of first-round stoppages earned her a spot in the finals, where she defeated Pannie Kianzad and promptly moved down to bantamweight. Since then, she’s knocked out both Gina Mazany and Sarah Moras.

Lina Lansberg is coming off the best performance of her UFC tenure, a dominant decision win over Tonya Evinger. She is 3-3 in the Octagon, with the losses coming to Cris Cyborg, Aspen Ladd, and Yana Kunitskaya. Known as “The Elbow Queen,” Lansberg has multiple Muay Thai titles to her name.

UFC Copenhagen takes place on September 28 from the Royal Arena in Denmark. The card is headlined by a middleweight showdown between Jack Hermansson and Jared Cannonier. Also on the card, Gunnar Nelson will fight Thiago Alves.
