Bellator 204 took place Friday night in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The main event saw bantamweight champ Darrion Caldwell head north to face Noad Lahat, the first step in a possible run at a second title. Yet for a card that had flown mostly under the radar heading into the weekend, that was far from the only promising bout the event had to offer.
Air Claxton (that’s Tywan Claxton, he of the flying knee knockout last year), James Gallagher, and Logan Storley all appeared as well, continuing Bellator’s push towards a youth movement.
Before the main card action got underway, however the preliminary card went down online.
