Felicia Spencer called out none other than UFC featherweight Megan Anderson after Spencer’s win at Invicta FC 30 on Saturday night — and Anderson was on hand to immediately accept.
Talk about a timely callout. Undefeated featherweight Felicia Spencer improved her record to 5-0 at Invicta FC 30 on Saturday night. At the Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, MO, she put on an impressive showing against a game Helena Kolesnyk. Spencer flashed an impressive arsenal of kicks, superior grappling, and outright bullied Kolesnyk during the fight. Finally, Spencer got it to the ground, locking in a rear-naked choke in the second round for the finish.
It was an big win from a promising young fighter. After the bout, Spencer, who told Cageside Press prior to Saturday’s co-main event scrap that both the Invicta featherweight title and UFC were on her radar, brought up the championship. More interestingly, she also brought up current UFC featherweight Megan Anderson.
After touching on the title and Pam Sorenson (a potential opponent in Invicta), Spencer exclaimed that “I know Megan Anderson talks a big game, and I’d be happy to try to finish what Holly [Holm] couldn’t.”

It just so happened that Anderson, a former Invicta featherweight champ, was in the crowd, taking in the action at Invicta FC 30. The promotion then brought her into the cage. The UFC featherweight replied, saying “If the UFC want a fight, I’d gladly welcome to her Australia. Let’s go, UFC Adelaide. Let’s f*cking go! I can assure you, she don’t want these hands!”
As Anderson noted, the pair are in different promotions, but there’s no doubt that if the UFC wants to book the fight, they can. Spencer would most certainly be game.
