ONE Championship heavyweight champ Oumar Kane, better known as Reug Reug, faced off in a rematch with Anatoly Malykhin as part of ONE Friday Fights 154 in Bangkok on May 15, capping off The Inner Circle portion of the event.
Kane (7-1) won the title off Malykhin, the first-ever triple champ in a major promotion, in a split decision back in November of 2024. He was expected to defend his belt in a rematch last year, but the bout was postponed when the Senegalese wrestler was injured in a car accident.
Malykhin, likewise, has been waiting on the sidelines ever since.
