The UFC is back in Perth, Australia this weekend and on Friday (local time) the official weigh-in for UFC Perth: Della Maddalena vs. Prates went down.
The main event of the Fight Night card saw Australia’s own Jack Della Maddalena looking to bounce back from the loss of his welterweight title to Islam Makhachev last year. The loss not only saw JDM lose gold but was the first defeat he’d suffered since back-to-back losses at the very start of his professional MMA career.
With names like Steve Erceg, Tai Tuivasa, Beneil Dariush, and Tim Elliott also on the card, there was plenty of talent from home and abroad set for action as well.
