Tony Ferguson Is Here For Business, Talks Training With Goggins

Las Vegas, NV – It’s all business for UFC lightweight Tony Ferguson when he faces Paddy Pimblett at UFC 296 on Saturday night.

“I’m not here to f*cking have fun. I might have did that before taking some chances giving these fighters like an alley-oop to where they’re at right now,” Ferguson told reporters including Cageside Press on Wednesday.

“But I’m not f*cking around anymore.”

Pimblett had done his media session earlier and had made a comment that Ferguson had blocked him on Instagram. That set Ferguson off a bit.

“He’s worried about me blocking him on f*cking Instagram. I’m like, ‘you’re a little b*tch’. If you’re going to talk f*cking sh*t man up and f*cking keep your balls between your legs. Don’t drop them like a little b*tch,” he said.

“I just didn’t want to see his bullsh*t. I know he’s all about the YouTube and all the other things, and he’s got his f*cking wigs in that crowd and everything.”

Ferguson made waves on social media when he was seen training with David Goggins. Goggins spent a lot of time with Ferguson in his camp and fans began to wonder if this was helpful to him at all.

“The reality part of it was hard as f*ck. One of the hardest things I’ve done in my life. I’m glad I did it. To be real I didn’t know what Chief was about. I really didn’t. I knew that I needed to do it. Showed up no questions asked,” he said.

“It was just the biggest mental f*cking alley-oop that I needed to get my sh*t together. I’m very glad for it.”
