Tony Ferguson Reveals Interactions With Green, “He Saw The Fourth Horseman Of Death”

Salt Lake City, UT – UFC welterweight Tony Ferguson revealed previous interactions with his opponent at UFC 291, King Green, in true ‘El Cucuy’ style.

“I think he’s a confused individual. I think he doesn’t know what the hell (he) can expect from me. That type of guy is kind of that one where you really don’t understand it,” Ferguson told reporters including Cageside Press.

“He texted me on Father’s Day.”

Ferguson revealed that he and Green knew each other many years ago through a mutual sponsor.

“He said ‘Hey yo this is your opponent’. I already knew. Afterwards he said happy Father’s Day. Now I’m not going to call him a b*tch ass, but I just saw him in the lobby not too ago. Mr.Flashy,” he said.

“When he saw me he looked like he saw the fourth horseman of death. It was kind of f*cking crazy.”

Ferguson, riding a 5-fight losing streak, says for him this fight comes down to one thing. Winning.

“I want to win. You got to realize it dude I’m not used to losing,” he said.

Ferguson also vaguely addressed his recent arrest on suspicion of DUI in Hollywood in May, but didn’t disclose any detail.

“I’m going to be real with you there’s a whole bunch of slander and a whole bunch of sh*t that probably shouldn’t have been done. There’s going to be some lawsuits and some other sh*t that’s going down,” Ferguson said.

“I’ve always taken heat from the media. You guys weren’t there. I was there. So I know what the f*ck’s going on. I pay attention to what I f*cking had to do.”
