Fury FC Fighter Gives Most Insane Post-Fight Interview of All Time

Wearing something that looked like Hollywood’s idea of a BDSM outfit, Fury FC 68’s Joel Bauman gave the most insane post-fight interview of all time last weekend.

Bauman, an LFA and Bellator MMA veteran, is the same fighter who announced he had herpes in a previous post-fight interview, so crazy is just par for the course. This time around, Bauman called himself an “infliuencer to influencers,” and claimed that Jimmy Kimmel is a pedophile.

There’s a very good chance, of course, that Bauman is simply talking crazy get make headlines, in which case, it appears to be working.

Zebaztian Kadestam kicks off ONE’s Prime Video era in style

ONE Championship kicked off its partnership with Amazon Prime Video on Friday, and former welterweight champ Zebaztian Kadestam got the ball rolling with a picture-perfect uppercut KO.

It really is worth another look.

Nate Diaz smokes weed while making USADA sample collector wait

It’s a good thing USADA upped the threshold for marijuana, because Nate Diaz literally smoked a blunt while making a USADA sample collector wait to get more urine recently.

In a video documenting the visit, Diaz initially says the collector needs two more litres, but unless he’s going to fill a soda bottle, he probably means millilitres.

The Stockton native, who headlines UFC 279 next month against Khamzat Chimaev, streamed the encounter on Instagram live, which was immediately capped and circulated on social media.

“This man won’t get out of my house because I didn’t give him enough piss,” Diaz says at one point in the video. “I’ve pissed all I can my n*****. How many liters do I have to do? I’ve got two more liters of piss I’ve got to give him. He won’t get out of here until—. DK is my guy, but USADA can f*cking suck a d*ck. Come back in six hours, I’ll give you two more liters. Sorry, DK.”

Sean Strickland glad that “uptight” Rockhold retired

Luke Rockhold retired after losing a gruelling three-round decision against Paulo Costa at UFC278, and current middleweight contender Sean Strickland is glad to see him go.

“I’m actually glad that he retired, man,” Strickland told The Schmo in a recent interview. “You will not meet a human being that meets Luke Rockhold and says, ‘Man, this is a solid guy. I want to go hang out with him.’ Luke Rockhold is the definition of what an uptight c*nt is, and I’m glad that I do not have to hear his name or see him in the MMA community.”

Strickland dismissed Rockhold’s chances in the Costa fight, suggesting that he had won the UFC middleweight championship at an “easy” time. Though he didn’t entirely discredit Rockhold’s abilities.

“No one thought Luke was gonna win,” Strickland stated. “We all knew that. You guys f*cking knew that. I knew that. F*cking guy is a champion. He does train. He wasn’t going to win, but like, he’s not a f*cking can. You don’t win a belt, even if he did win at a very easy time. You don’t win a belt and then f*cking suck.”

Borrachina undergoes surgery, hoping to return in January

Speaking of Paulo Costa, the UFC 278 middleweight underwent hand surgery following his win over Rockhold. He’ll be on a shelf for a bit as a result, but is eyeing a returning in January.

“I broke my hand in the fight,” Costa said in a video posted to his Youtube channel (with English subtitles). “I thought I had a bone injury or maybe ligaments, but what really happened was a fracture to the metacarpal bone. I hoped it wasn’t a fracture because then I would be able to come back to fighting again in 50 or 60 days and use all the conditioning and the whole camp I’ve done [re: UFC 278].”

“I planned on fighting in 60 days but it won’t be possible,” he said. “I’ll have to fight in December or January. We’ll have a UFC card in Rio [UFC 283 on January 21, 2023] so maybe it happens there.”
