CFFC 112 saw Cage Fury FC return to the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA on Friday, August 26, 2022, with an interim featherweight title fight topping the card.

That championship bout featured Jose Perez, winner of two straight, taking on Frank “Chopper” Wells. Wells had also won two in a row, and had spent his enter four-fight pro career under the Cage Fury banner. With slightly more experience, Perez boasted a 5-1 record inside the CFFC cage, while having featured in a single fight outside the promotion.

Also in action at CFFC 112 in Philly was James Clarke, the BTC flyweight champion. Ontario, Canada’s Clarke had won five straight, and had picked up another regional title in his last outing. Clarke was paired up with another top flyweight prospect, Aaron La Farge, with the winner potentially knocking at the door of the big leagues.
