The Ultimate Fight-Name Championship – Round of 32 (Pt 1)

With little MMA to go around during the holidays and in the first few weeks of 2022, we decided to get to the bottom of some real hard-hitting problems in the world of MMA. The most vital and important question of this, and every, year is who has the best fight-name in the history of MMA. So, we’re unleashing a 64-man (and women) bracket to determine who’s nickname reigns supreme.

After a hotly contested first round, we’re on to the second – the round of 32. In both the Home-Cooking Bracket and the Iconic Bracket, we need your help in determining who belongs in the sweet 16. In the Home-Cooking Bracket, we’re looking at fight names that have mention of where the person is from or what their heritage is. In the Iconic Bracket, we’re focused on some of the most iconic nicknames in the history of MMA.

With each and every round, you can follow along and vote on our Twitter account. And, of course, if we left out a fighter you think should have made it into the bracket, let us know on those socials or in the comments. Without further ado, the round of 32 (part 1):
