Prediction
The tape on Torres is limited so there isn’t really a lot to go off of when it comes to him. Englund is a good fighter who has improved over his last three fights taking a year off prior. He’s well-rounded, has a good gas tank, and is always in the face of his opponents. Not anyone that will make waves in the UFC but has a gatekeeper style. He’s too stiff on the feet to be a real problem though.
With Torres I’ve been impressed slightly but in all honesty, it’s hard to tell what to expect. Where Torres is at his best is in the jiu-jitsu department, while Englund has solid takedown defense and very solid grappling. I’m taking Englund but I’m not confident. I wouldn’t bet Englund just due to the uncertainty of Torres. I do like the under 2.5 since I don’t see this fight going the distance.
