Joselyne Edwards, who made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Island 7 less than a month ago, will be competing again at UFC Vegas 18. Joselyne had a great showing in her first UFC fight after she stepped up to fill in on short notice for Bethe Correia.

Joselyne showed off her striking and movement to capture the solid unanimous decision win against Yanan Wu, who is also a very competent striker. It was a very good fight that saw Edwards constantly pushing the pace and moving forward.

Edwards is stepping in again on short notice after Nicco Montano was forced to pull out of her fight with Karol Rosa. Edwards has very fluid striking and has great bunch combinations, though in her last fight her cardio began to fade late, resulting in single strikes. Edwards is in another short notice situation here but hopefully, having just competed, she will have a little more volume to throw in the later rounds.
