Antonio Arroyo is a two time DW Contender Series winner that finally got his shot in the octagon last November. Antonio is 6’3″, has a 73″ reach, and is now 31 years old. Arroyo has not missed weight in the UFC and outside of the promotion has fought in the light heavyweight division.
Arroyo was unable to win his debut against Andre Muniz and ahead of his next scheduled bout disaster struck. For Arroyo’s scheduled bout against Trevin Giles, he weighed in just a few minutes before the time was up to weigh in, then had to be transported to the hospital shortly afterward when he was found in a semi conscious state (according to a report by The Scrap).
Hopefully things go smoother at UFC Vegas 14.
