The first UFC Fight Night event of 2020 goes down in Raleigh, North Carolina this weekend, with fighters hitting the scales Friday morning.
With no ceremonial weigh-in, Friday morning’s official weigh-in was the last hurdle for fighters to clear ahead of UFC Raleigh. Heavyweights Junior Dos Santos, former champion, and Curtis Blaydes topped the card, in what promised to be a banger.
In the evening’s co-main event, another former champ was in action. Ex-lightweight King Rafael dos Anjos, now plying his trade at welterweight, was squared off against another exiled 155lb’er in Michael Chiesa.
