London’s own Danny Roberts will meet Nicolas Dalby on home turf this coming March at UFC London.
The latest fight revealed for the UFC’s return to London next March will come in the welterweight division. On Monday, the UFC announced via social media that Danny Roberts and Nicolas Dalby would throw down at the event. The bout will put two European fighters against one another, but London’s Roberts, of course, will have the crowd behind him.

Danny ‘Hot Chocolate’ Roberts (17-5) will head into the match-up coming off a win against Zelim Imadaev. That knockout victory snapped a two-fight skid for the British fighter. Overall, Roberts, who has been with the promotion since 2015, is 6-4 in the octagon.
Dalby (18-3-1, 1NC) also joined the UFC in 2015. However, his first run with the promotion did not go to plan. After a win in his debut against Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos, Dalby fought in a Fight of the Night affair with Darren Till that ended in a draw. He then dropped his next two bouts, to Zak Cummings and Peter Sobotta. That led to his release from the promotion.
After going undefeated outside the UFC, Dalby returned to the company earlier this year, winning a unanimous decision against Alex Oliveira at UFC Copenhagen.
UFC London is set to go down March 21, 2020 at the O2 Arena in London, England. The card is expected to air on ESPN+ stateside.
