Featherweights Arnold Allen and Josh Emmett will throw down at January’s UFC Raleigh.

Arnold Allen will put his six-fight UFC win streak on the line when he faces Josh Emmett at UFC Raleigh. The promotion announced the fight Monday via social media. It’s the latest addition to a Fight Night card brimming with talent, one that is set to be headlined by Junior Dos Santos vs. Curtis Blaydes, while also featuring names like Frankie Edgar, Sarah McMann, Rafael dos Anjos, Michael Chiesa and others.

Britain’s Allen (15-1), who trains at Montreal’s TriStar Gym, is actually on an eight-fight win streak overall. Undefeated since his lone loss in 2014, he’s knocked off names including Makwan Amirkhani, Mads Burnell, and most recently, Gilbert Melendez, at UFC 239.

After a crushing loss to Jeremy Stephens in February 2018 that left him with facial fractures, Emmett (15-2) has rattled off two straight wins. The Team Alpha Male fighter has picked up victories over Michael Johnson and Mirsad Bektic since returning to action this past March.

UFC Raleigh, a Fight Night event expected to air on ESPN+, will take place January 25, 2020 at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. The show will be the promotion’s debut in the city, after previous trips to Charlotte and Fayetteville.
