With the debut of Yushin Okami and a Muay Thai title fight, ONE Championship: For Honor promised to be a triumphant return to Jakarta.
ONE Championship: For Honor went down Friday, with a flyweight Muay Thai title fight atop the card. While that promised plenty of hard-hitting action, all eyes in the MMA world would be on the ONE debut of former UFC standout Yushin Okami, taking on Kyrgyzstan’s Kiamrian Abbasov.
Okami, who long ago faced Anderson Silva for middleweight gold in the UFC, was one of several Japanese standouts on the For Honor card Friday. Tetsuya Yamada was set to fight former champ Marat Gafurov at featherweight, while Kenta Yamada was booked for a Muay Thai fight with Deividas Danyla.
The action gets underway 8AM ET on Friday, live from Jakarta, Indonesia. Where available, you can watch a live stream of the event above!
