Bellator MMA will head back to Hungary in April, as Bellator 196 will take place in Budapest.

According to a new report by ESPN, Bellator MMA will head to Hungary on April 6, where Irish featherweight James Gallagher will meet Hungary’s Adam Borics in the main event. It will mark the second trip to Hungary for Bellator: they previously hosted Bellator 177 there, which featured Eduardo Dantas vs. Leandro Higo in the main event. The promotion also brought Bellator Kickboxing with it to the European nation.

Gallagher (7-0) represents one of Bellator’s bright young stars. The promotion has done an excellent job signing younger talent in recent years, with names like Aaron Pico, A.J. McKee, Joey Davis, Tywan Claxton, and Logan Storley coming to mind. Gallagher represents their brightest prospect across the pond. The ‘Strabanimal’ from Strabane, Ireland trains with SBG, and is perfect in all four of his Bellator fights so far. Last time out, at Bellator 180, he submitted Chinzo Machida, brother of UFC legend Lyoto, within a round.

Adam Borics (6-0) is also perfect as a pro. The Hungary native has not fought since his promotional debut last April at Bellator 177, where he submitted Anthony Taylor.

Bellator 196 takes place at the Budapest Sports Arena in Budapest, Hungary.
