The UFC returns to action Saturday night for its one and only card in August (thanks to a certain boxing match), UFC Fight Night 114, also known as UFC Mexico City.

In the main event of UFC Mexico City, flyweights Sergio Pettis and Brandon Moreno square off in a bout that could help set up the next title contender in the 125lb division. Both fighters enter the night on three fight winning streaks in the division. Cageside Press has their staff picks set — are we Team Pettis or Team Moreno? What about the rest of the card? Lets take a look.

In the main event, our writers are split down the middle, with four staff members choosing Roufusport’s Sergio Pettis, and four siding with Mexico’s own Brandon Moreno. The co-main event picks leaned slightly towards Alexa Grasso, with five staff members choosing the home town favorite Grasso, and only three siding with Canadian-Iraqi Randa Markos. Of course, Grasso having missed weight for the fight could play a factor here.

In the only unanimous pick on the UFC Mexico City main card, every staff member sided with featherweight Martín Bravo in his bout against Humberto Bandenay. Only one writer, meanwhile, selected Andre Soukhamthath to pick up the win in his bantamweight tilt with Alejandro Pérez.
