The UFC is returning to Macau, China this May, and plans on hosting three events across three days when they do so.

During Saturday’s UFC 325 preliminary card broadcast, promotion officials announced their return to Macau, running from May 28 to May 30, 2026. The events will include a Fight Night, as well as Road to UFC 5 shows.

Road to UFC 4 more or less wrapped on Saturday at UFC 325, with three of four tournament finals taking down. The flyweight final, however, was cancelled when Aaron Tau missed weight, leaving it in limbo.

No fights have been announced for this year’s UFC Macau card. The promotion previously visited Macau in 2024, stopping there for the first time in a decade. Overall, the UFC has been to Macau four times to date, touching down there twice in 2014, and making their debut in the territory in 2012.

The UFC Macau card is the promotion’s first date/location officially announced for May. Just two weeks later, the UFC White House will arrive, and event likely to overshadow everything around it on the calendar.

The UFC appears to be hosting slightly more road shows in 2026, though the company continues to take severe criticism for their reliance on the newly rebranded Meta Apex in Las Vegas, which became their defacto home during the coronavirus pandemic.
