ONE Championship was in action, live on Amazon Prime Video on Friday night, for ONE Fight Night 38 in Bangkok, Thailand.
In the card’s mixed martial arts main event, bantamweight champion and promotion star Fabricio Andrade put his 135lb title on the line against Enkh-Orgil Baatarkhuu.
Andrade was undefeated in MMA under the ONE Championship banner (his lone loss for the company came in a kickboxing bout), and was best known for a pair of fights with former UFC title challenger John Lineker. While the first had ended in a No Contest, the second saw Andrade win gold after Lineker was unable to answer the bell for round five.
Earlier this year, Andrade successfully defended his title opposite Kwon Won Il, who would go on to appear on Dana White’s Contender Series.
