This year’s UFC London card sees Leon Edwards return home to headline a Fight Night card against #5-ranked welterweight Sean Brady.
Originally, Jack Della Maddalena had been announced as facing Edwards in hostile territory. But with Shavkat Rakhmonov out, JDM was granted a title shot against Belal Muhammad, with that fight headlining UFC 315 in May. That opened up the headlining slot at UFC London, and in slid Brady opposite #1-ranked “Rocky” Edwards.
The winner of Edwards vs. Brady would almost certainly be high up in the mix for a title shot, depending on the outcome of Muhammad vs. Maddalena, and the availability of Rakhmonov.
In Saturday’s co-main event, meanwhile, Carlos Ulberg looked for his eighth straight win in the UFC, this time against former light heavyweight champ Jan Blachowicz. That marked another bout with clear title implications.
Weigh-ins for 2025’s UFC London card take place on Friday; results can be found below.
There were no misses at Friday’s UFC London official weigh-ins, with Christian Leroy Duncan the last to weigh in, with the barrier – but he did make weight.
