A week on from a successful visit to St. Louis and two weeks removed from UFC 301 in Brazil, the UFC returned to the claustrophobic confines of the APEX in Las Vegas for UFC Fight Night: Barboza vs. Murphy, a.k.a. UFC Vegas 92.
While the UFC has struggled to escape the monthly APEX shows, at least for the most part, the majority have punched up in weight in terms of entertainment value.
The featherweight headliner saw Lerone Murphy granted a step up in competition and name value opposite ever-present Brazilian striker Edson Barboza, while names like Khaos Williams, Adrian Yanez, and Angela “Overkill” Hill also peppered the card.
