The second half of a double-header at the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok this weekend, ONE Fight Night 21 had kickboxing gold on the line in its main event.
The ONE Championship lightweight title was up for grabs when champ Regian Eersel, a two-sport champion (Muay Thai and kickboxing) with the company, put his belt on the line against Alexis Nicolas. At just 25-years old, Nicolas remained undefeated to start the night, and was riding a massive wave of combat sports success in his native France.
In the co-headliner, submission grappling champ Tye Ruotolo put his welterweight title on the line against Izaak Mitchell of Australia.
