Miesha Tate and CM Punk were set to be among the guests on hand at Friday’s CFFC 125 in New Town, North Dakota.
Aside from those UFC alumni, the focus would be on the action in the cage, with a catchweight main event planned between Roybert Echeverria and Pololu Nakanelua. An appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series might have fight fans familiar with Echeverria, while Hawaii’s Nakanelua, a.k.a. the “Poi Pounder,” had fought previously for LFA and was looking to work his way to his own shot at the big time.
CFFC 125: Echeverria vs. Nakanelua takes place Friday, September 15, 2023 at the 4 Bears Event Center in New Town, North Dakota airing live on UFC Fight Pass. The preliminary card kicks off at 6:00PM ET, with the televised main card getting underway at 8PM. Full results can be found below.
