Las Vegas, NV – A big fight in the middleweight division is set for the UFC APEX as Brendan Allen and Paul Craig will battle for a chance at getting into the top 5 of the division and the title picture on Nov 18.
The UFC made the announcement on Tuesday.
Allen (22-5) has been on fire riding a 5-fight win streak with 4 of those victories coming via submission. Big wins over Andre Muniz, Bruno Silva and Krzysztof Jotko bolster what is already an impressive win streak in the UFC.
Craig (17-6-1) is coming off a second round TKO finish of Muniz in July. That win snapped a two-fight losing streak which is preceded by a 4-fight win streak with victories over Shogun Rua, Nikita Krylov and UFC light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill.
Both men look to jump into the top 5 of the division with a decisive victory and challenge champion Israel Adesanya. Adesanya is scheduled to defend his title against Sean Strickland at UFC 293.
