The Brazilian-born fighter discusses how he went from heading towards a career in law to being a professional fighter half a world away in Canada. Now settled in the great white north, Machado has built quite the regional resume – including a BFL heavyweight title. He also shares his thoughts on getting the call for Contender Series last year, but having visa issues that stopped him from competing. Now with those taken care of, he looks to book a UFC contract with a win in week 1 this year.

Closing out this edition of TTP is our interview with UFC flyweight, Ivana Petrovic. The recent UFC signee shares what it felt like to get the news that her next fight would be in the UFC. She talks about fighting the top talent in Europe and how she believes that has gotten her ready for a fight in the UFC. Then she gets into breaking down her UFC Vegas 76 fight with Luana Caroline. While Petrovic is sure to have a massive advantage on the ground in that fight, she reminds us not to count out her hands either.
