The biggest card of the year for any promotion arrived on Saturday in Warsaw, Poland with KSW Colosseum 2 unfolding before 50,000 fans at the PGE Narodowy stadium.
The same venue that housed the original KSW Colosseum event in 2017, breaking European attendance records for a mixed martial arts event, again welcomed some of the promotion’s biggest stars in Mamed Khalidov and Mariusz Pudzianowski.
Khalidov found himself in the evening’s main event, in a non-title fight rubber match with British rival Scott Askham. In the co-feature, meanwhile, rising talent Salahdine Parnasse, already having claimed featherweight gold and an interim lightweight title, looked to unify the belts against lightweight champ Marian Ziolkowski.
And what would any big KSW card be without strongman Mariusz Pudzianowski, one of the faces of the promotion for years? He was paired up with boxer-turned-mixed martial artist Artur Szpilka.
Full results from KSW Colosseum 2 can be found below. The card gets underway at 1PM ET on Saturday, June 3, 2023, streaming live on KSWTV.com.
