Prediction: Yoo was on the Contender Series in 2019 and lost to Peter Barrett. Not long after that, he was knocked out by Andre Fialho. He’s had opportunities to prove he’s UFC level but hasn’t cashed in on any of them.
Hoffman is an odd choice for RTU. He’s fought terrible competition and has only fought once in four years. Yoo isn’t UFC level because the gaps defensively are to big. Saying that, from a skill standpoint he’s far better than Hoffman. Sure, Hoffman can crack him but that’s probably his only path to victory and he isn’t exactly a feared striker. The pick is Yoo and I’m pretty confident.
