Kicking off this edition of TTP is our interview with UFC welterweight, Bryan Battle. Battle discusses all that he walked away from the Rinat Fakhretdinov fight having learned. While some of that was physical – much of it was mental. He digs into the finer points of why he thinks that’ll be so vital to his career in the long run. He also talks about the UFC champion that was the biggest influence on his career and how excited he is to get the chance to fight in front of the home fans at UFC Charlotte – which was something he didn’t even know when he signed the contract.

Plus, he shares his view not just on Battle, but on his orginal opponent, Jake Matthews – who unfortunately had to drop out of the fight card with an injury.
