Poland’s KSW was in action on Saturday, with the promotion’s vacant 170lb title on the line in the main event of KSW 81.
The undefeated Adrian Bartosinski, a perfect 13-0 to start the night, threw down in that welterweight headliner with Artur Szczepaniak, a fellow Polish standout with just a single loss on his professional record.
The KSW welterweight championship was most recently held by Roberto Soldic, who departed the promotion and jumped to ONE Championship last year. Previously, UFC standout Dricus Du Plessis, currently competing as a middleweight, also held the title.
In the co-main event of KSW 81, heavyweight action saw kickboxer Errol Zimmerman taking on Tomasz Sarara. While Zimmerman had competed under the promotional banner last year, the bout was a “special rules” contest still firmly on the striking side of things. The fight with Sarara, however, would be Zimmerman’s first MMA action since 2008.
KSW 81 takes place on Saturday, April 22, 2023, airing via KSWTV.com. Full results can be found below.
