The UFC returns to Kansas City, MO this Saturday for just the second time, touching down with a Fight Night event — UFC Kansas City: Holloway vs. Allen.
The card features a four-pack of featherweight fisticuffs at the top of the marquee, with former champ Max Holloway facing the surging Arnold Allen in the main event. The bout could very well be a breakthrough fight for Allen, should he manage to get past “Blessed” — who has proven time and time again that outside Alexander Volkanovski, he’s near unstoppable.
The co-main event features another up-and-comer in Billy Quarantillo, pitted against dangerous Brazilian striker Edson Barboza.
Also scattered throughout the card, which will air on ESPN in the U.S., are the resurgent Dustin Jacoby, veteran Clay Guida, local flavor in Zak Cummings, and a pair of Canadians making the trip in Gillian Robertson and Tanner Boser.
