Invicta FC 49 goes down this Wednesday, September 28, 2022 with an atomweight title fight topping the card.
Jessica Delboni, the promotion’s reigning 105lb champion, is set to defend her atomweight title against “Lionheart” Jillian DeCoursey in the main event. The diminutive DeCoursey earned her title shot care of a highlight reel knockout of Lindsey VanZandt last time out.
For Delboni, the champ was looking to defend her title for the first time, after winning the Phoenix Series Atomweight Tournament (three fights in a night), then capturing the belt against rival Alesha Zappitella.
On Tuesday, all fighters from the Invicta FC 49 card hit the scales — and all fighters made weight. The event takes place Wednesday at the Sugar Creek Casino in Hinton, Oklahoma, with familiar names including Ketlen Souza, Liz Tracy, and Kaytlin Neil on the card.
