Two exciting flyweights will do battle as Tyson Nam and Ode’ Osbourne will meet in the cage at UFC San Diego on Augugust 13.
News of the booking was first reported by MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck.
Nam (20-12) is coming off a decision loss to Matt Schnell back in Jan 2021. He makes his return to the octagon after more than a year away.
Osbourne (11-4) is coming off a highlight reel knockout of Zarrukh Adashev in June.
The fight is a late addition to the card headlined by Dominick Cruz taking on Marlon Vera. The co-main event, meanwhile, pits Alexa Grasso against Viviane Araujo.
UFC San Diego is set to go down at the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, California on August 13, 2022. Thus far, the following match-ups have been reported for the Fight Night event, which will air on ESPN in the United States:
