UFC Vegas 57, set for the Apex on Saturday night, is official.
On Friday, all fighters hit the scales to weigh in for the Fight Night event, with every party making weight. The main event duo of Arman Tsarukyan and Mateusz Gamrot were first to weigh in, hitting identical weights of 156 pounds. Women’s strawweight Vanessa Demopoulos was last to step on the scale, with about 15 minutes left in the weigh-in, but came in a half-pound under the non-title limit.
Aside from the lightweight main event, Saturday’s UFC Vegas 57 sees Shavkat Rakhmonov get his toughest test yet. The undefeated welterweight, with a 15-0 record, faces Neil Magny in the night’s co-main event.
