The UFC has taken over the Singapore Indoor Stadium this week, running its Road to UFC tournament followed by Saturday’s UFC 275.
The first-ever UFC Pay-Per-View from Singapore sees light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeira looking to defend his title for the first time, opposite Czech standout and former RIZIN FF fighter Jiri Prochazka. The championship double bill also sees Valentina Shevchenko return in the co-main event, taking on Brazil’s Taila Santos.
Should Shevchenko successfully defend her flyweight title, it will mark a historic seventh straight defense for “Bullet,” who has seemingly cleared out the women’s 125 pound weight class.
Also featured on Saturday’s UFC 275 card, a rematch between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Weili Zhang, whose UFC 248 classic is considered by many the best women’s MMA fight of all time.
Weigh-ins for UFC 275: Teixeira vs. Prochazka go down Friday morning. Check below for results. The event takes place Saturday, June 11, 2022 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, with the main card airing live on PPV starting at 10PM ET.
