After a massively successful Fight Night show at the O2 in London, England last weekend, the UFC stayed on the road, arriving in Columbus, Ohio for Saturday’s UFC on ESPN 33.
UFC Columbus was topped by a pair of heavyweight standouts, with Curtis Blaydes looking to make it two in a row against Chris Daukaus, who was entering his second straight main event after coming up short last year opposite Derrick Lewis.
In the co-headliner, Joanne Wood looked to get back in the win column against Alex Grasso, who was coming in off two straight wins and looking to inch closer to a title shot. Perhaps the most significant match-up on the card, however, was that of Askar Askarov and Kai Kara-France, with the winner primed for a title shot in the flyweight division.
Weigh-ins for UFC Columbus take place Friday, March 25, 2022 in Columbus, Ohio. Check below for results.
